God is right there where you left Him waiting for your return. You have not been neglected in fact God has pulled your behind out of many jams but in fact you have abandoned God and God could bring you up on charges of abandonment. Some call it the day of Judgment. There the court is tough because prosecution, witness, judge and jury are one in the same. Not very good odds.
If you want to present a subpoena Try the foot of the Cross. That is where I lay all of my burdens and God takes them away. I am not sure what day and time trash collection is but if you sit there and wait I am sure God will be by eventually to pick up your stuff too.

God is not negligent! He is a loving Father. He lives in my heart. You just need to ask Him to forgive your many sins and He will wash you white as snow. You try to be funny, but you aren't. I will pray that you take the right path! Peace!
