break up with him. dont pretend like you like him when he could move on with his life. if your not happy dont make it out to seem like you are it will just you both in the long run.

Ive seen this scenario thousands of time . The other guy is affectionate because he doesnt have you and wants you . Your boyfriend has you in his arms so does not need to win you over . If you give in to the other guy , your boyfriend will become a straight Romeo of Affectionate 24/7 until he reclaims what he lost . Like if you loose you favorite old shoes you have . You never pay attention about them or clean them . But the moment you loose them , and then get them back . You clean them , and handle them better than all your other new shoes ;).

Be more responsible, know what you want and stick to it. There is no such thing as the 'perfect guy'. If you keep on looking, you will realise tht everyone is different and special in a sense. You will never find the best because they are all so great, so cool in their own special way.
My advice to you; stick to your current one.
