Which do you think is more beautiful, sunrise or sunset?

Oh my, sorry, unable to choose; both are perfectly exquisite in their own way!
P.S. On a cruise ship on the way to Ephesus with my church, I was out on deck in the early morning. I saw the orange sky and rising sun....and when I looked in that direction, I felt God's promise. That was very special.

tough question - I have a job where I have to get up before sunrise - so i guess i am always in the dark (ha ha) - i appreciate sunsets (they are beautiful); but, at my job (i work in a factory), their are few windows, so most times the sun rises without my knowing (or permission), but their is one time of day, in the summer only, when the sunrise blasts in through the stained windows at 7:30, and, my friend, it is the most beautiful color orange that you could possibly imagine. I have to say that sunsets are beautiful, but sunrises are divine. p.s. I am not a religious person

I am gonna say sunset but not for a good reason. If I see the sunrise it is because I woke up earlier than I prefer and am therefore cranky. Or perhaps I stayed up too late and am cranky from being tired. Either way it's an unfair comparison for me.

The sunset is beautiful...especially over an ocean...but a sunrise is sign of a new day, a new beginning....proof that God is still longsuffering toward us. Sunrise.

Sunset. Day is too busy, too much too see, to many things moving around you. Sunset means the quiet, dark, and calm is coming, and one can be alone finally in the stillness under the stars and moon and revel in the grandeur that is the universe.

sunset... during sunrise, people look dull and weary...
edit: except for people in the wet market who were already up hours before sunrise and had the time to "arrange themselves"

Sunrise... because after a sunrise you have an entire day of sunshine to took forward to.

sunset- whiile watching you can reflect on your day, look forward to deserved rest and tomorrow's sunrise
both are beautiful on their own but sunset has deeper meaning
