Can any illegal drug cause back acne?

I suspect my brother-in-law is abusing drugs. Besides his strange behavior, his mom noticed severe acne on his back. To your knowledge, is back acne a side effect of any certain illegal drug? All I can find from my research on the net is meth. Thanks in advance for you answers.

Steroids can cause it.

umm i dont really do drugs but my brother does. he does marijuana the most and he has bad acne. so marijuana and meth cause acne. hope this helps! :D
