guys, help me out here....i'm a nice, gal. i've never cheated, i'm easygoing, intelligent, fun, take good care of my body, blah blah blah. yet, it seems that the guys i date long-term tend to not want to settle down with me (not marry, but get in a committed relationship). however, it seems to never fail that months later they come back apologizing and saying how they messed up and want to settle down with me.

i don't understand why these guys don't recognize i'm a good woman until after we've stopped dating? why am i being penalized for being a good woman?
men please explain.

i think most men get used to what they got and then when they are gone they are like damn. dont think past the moment type thing. but thats my personal opinion i think im alot like you. but hey think of it as their loss not yours.

Well it all depends on the age group your dating. most young guys have trouble settling down because they don't want to be tied down and feel like they have only one option. Where as an older man can easily settle because he's tested the waters and he knows that you are one of a kind.

We all need to love and to be loved.

Most of our issues could be solved fairly easily, if we have our loved one supporting us.
If you are hurt by a former ex, well you just need to get yourself up and start searching for someone who deserves your love.
Don't ever be shy .. that won't ever help you .. and you'll have lots to lose. Do what your heart tells you it's right.

it's because their assesss r slow and stupid... guys always think that it's something better out there.. so of course they go out and test the water and when they realize it's only luke warm and not hot like it was w/u then of course they wanna come running back... but don't be the stupid women to take them back...
