I'm pretty sure it's no rosacsia because it's not on any other part of my body. Is there some kind of redness treatment over the counter or not, and is there a really good cover up for it?

Rosacia usually IS on the cheeks and nose area. If left untreated it can get so bad you won't want to be seen in public. I should know. I had it. Try Eucerin Redness Relief moisturizer to cover the red. It's sold at most drugstores. It really works and if you get on their site you can get a free sample of their complete redness relief line sent to you.

Make sure any cover up or makeup has green in the ingredient or it won't help. You may try something for allergies, like a dab of benadryl cream. You may be allergic to the soap or some lotion or something that you are using. Yves Roche a company from france sells a cream for rednedd. They have a web site. check it out. good luck.

Use a product with WitchHazel and/or chammomile in it, it will help calm the skin down.

Nutrimetics has a product called "Nutriclear" which takes the red out of my skin. I'm not sure what the supermarket equivalent would be.

In the winter my cheeks get red and itchy and Aveeno moisturizer works the best- it makes the redness go away and it stops itching. I haven't used anything else because this has worked so well.
