Ok I'm not asking where I can sell them I want to know what you personally would pay for them.

Not knowing what the originaal plate is made of or who made it makes it difficult to start with. Made in China or Taiwan, a Wal Mart variety or good china.
Is this painting just painted on or has it been fired in a kiln to make it a part of the plate and therefore useful or is it strictly a collector plate not designed to be used.
Need much more description as I can not hold it to see.

go to flea markets and see if some one sells similar ones and ask them questions about their plates
go to specialty stores like Pier One ans see if they have similar ones and again get information about them
