yes it could be part of the problem. u probably arent even bad looking but ur shyness may be considered as being obnoxious or being 2 good 4 them. so many may stray away from u. i know u shouldnt change urself, but u have to least get out there, give them a piece of your mind and your love.

You are really young to be worrying about something like that. I'm 20 and I've never had a boyfriend before. Enjoy being single and not having to deal with the commitment, the confusion, and the drama of having a boyfriend. I know everyone has probably told you this already...but when the time is right, you'll meet "that" guy. Just be patient. If you really want a boyfriend, just start talking to, and making friends with boys. When one of them finds you are cute, they will start showing interest and ask you out. Remember, sometimes things come when you least expect them, or want them!!! Good luck!

Living in a small town or a big city makes no difference.
You won’t have a boyfriend because you don’t want one, or else relax, stop worrying about it, and sooner or later one will always show up.
You can’t say that a boy doesn’t like you, unless he told you, even if that was the case, just because one doesn’t like you, it doesn’t mean that the others don’t like you.
If you are quiet and shy, maybe something you should start working on, thus one way or another, with time, and as you get old, I am sure you will get over it.
And to finish, no it isn’t a problem.

I'm quiet and shy too and I have a lovely boyfriend now, although I too spend a long time wondering if I'd ever find the guy for me. Quiet and shy people take longer, so don't worry about it.
in the meantime, make yourself happy (no one will ever be able to do that better than you could anyways)
good luck.

Ahahaa, that's funny... I'm afraid I'll never get a girlfriend. The thing is I'm only shy around girls that i like. I don't know what do say when i'm around them. I prefer one on one talks. It's all about familiarity. If i talk with a girl enough in real life, I start getting more comfortable around them and it gets easier to talk to them. Talking to other guys for me is no problem.

Don't be down on yourself. Guys are complicated and they don't know how to just approach a girl. It takes them a while to get up the nerve to ask her out. Don't change yourself for anyone be you and do what you do. In time I promise the right guy will come along and steal your heart. So keep your head up and smile.

The best thing will come along when your not looking!! Believe that you will get a boyfriend and you will. Start slow and try to be more open and outgoing. Confidence i see is the only problem.
