I teach in one present;y at candidate status, and while they're not really ranked, they have to "approved". Also there are three different levels for elementary, middle, and high school. (We're elementary, PYP... Primary Years Programme.) After years as a candidate school, the review process could take months before an approval is granted. if at all. During and after both processes, the teachers travel to special training sessions, begin the adoptions of the programmes of inquiry, and other tasks.

I'm taking IB, so I'd say my school. I don't know where you can get the rankings, but I think about 1.5 thousand kids graduate with IB diplomas worldwide, but don't trust me... i got this info from a source i don't trust about everything.
