It is not against the law. People might ostracize you though. It is, however, illegal to have sex. Even if the girl wants it, he parents can press statutory rape charges on the guy. But they have to be able to prove that actual intercourse happened between the two of you. If you live in CA you can start doing oral once the girl turns 16 (new law that just passed). If you don't live in CA you should check the penal codes in your state for more information.

Yes it's creepy and it's not normal why would a 22 or 21 year old
guy be dating 15 year olds when he can find someone his own
age?

YES, holy cow this man is stupid for even thinking of this.....bad move on either person here. The guy is older and SHOULD be more mature and know that he just cannot go around to the local high schools and start picking up on girls.....that is just wrong and creepy. this man can be arrested for statutory rape and even be put in jail and have to register as a sex offender for a long period of time and that in itself comes with restrictions on where he can live and who he can or cannot be with or where he can or cannot go.......bad idea all the way around.

im not exactly sure i think its ok as long as both parents of the 15 year old give their consent and as long as they arent having sex cause that would be considered rape and people could try to sue the other people so if its u going out with a 21 yrs old id dump his/her *** cause i do belive it is illegal..

Depends on where you live...and I don't think dating is the issue. If you are sleeping with him then yes, its big trouble pretty much everywhere except Kentucky and Utah.
