Wether you agree with my world view or how I present it, many people agree with me and read my questions, some have based moral decisions on my guidance, some have changed world views or considered a world view change because of my question.

Wether you like me or not, I am one of several minor celebrities here in the yahoo answers religion and spirituality section.

I believe I have a pulpit. I have never intended to steer people to God, but have in fact made many people crack open a Bible.

One man emailed me and told me to rebut what I was saying he had to open a Bible for the first time in 20 years.

One atheist girl actually bought a Bible to keep up with me.

Who really benefits from the power of the pulpit here in yahoo answers religion and spirituality section?

Actually, Jim, I didn't come to the space to view your question.
Maybe you were discussing the possibility of "minor celebrities" in terms of questioners and answerers.

I came to this space to see what one of the answerers said since he wasn't set up for contact. I'm already spending way too much time on YA without getting into setting up a 360 or blogging.

Life is far too short.

Meanwhile I'm going to pray that the day will come when your greatest desire is to intentionally steer people to the awesome uncreated Creator of the universe.

Delusions of grandeur?
You may not steer them to God but your fashion has the stench of hatred and bigotry.

Sorry, that's the way I see it.
Claiming to have persuaded decisions based on your guidance is quite ironic.
I can see no asset to your questions, just conniving redundancy.
Yes you have your opinion and do not like God. So what.
Sorry for the language. I never did say I did not like you, just your policies are hard to read and disseminate.
May the Lord walk with you and your family, someday.
When that happens I for one will rejoice.
Get a Grip.

I pray that God never calls me to the Pulpit... that is a responsability I do not want... I hope it is not my ego in any answer I make pertaining to The True Christian Faith....I do plead guilty to sucumbing to ire in some of my responces to some questions that are attacks against God... I have had to resisit on a umber occasions from responding to yours...

i to have had some very positive feedback via email.... I hope some have started on the way to The Truth from my encouragment in reply...

i ignore the threats and vile that dose show up from time to time... it i even worse that what is posted on YA... and almost always from those with well fixed hatred for anything associated with Christianity...

There are some honest seekers of truth visiting YA R&S... honest questions deserve honest answers... that is why I am here.

I think people generally spend altogether too much time on the Internet. Myself included. You can probably learn more from a blue sky and birds chirping than anything YA Horatios have to say about either... ;-)

Only those who are genuinely seeking truth and understanding, and don't stop at only 1 pulpit!

Do you ever read your responses or just shoot off at the keyboard all the time?

I really would like to know.

Orthopedic surgeons benefit. You celebs must hurt yourself patting yourself on the back so much...or similar repetitive stress injury (you know the one I mean).
