There used to be... it was called the Soviet Union, but it fell apart because a fundamental flaw. With No God to worship, people all went their own way and the country fragmented to many small peieces.

Cant really say these countries were "founded" by atheists, but every communist country is by policy and often law atheist. No, I wouldnt want to live in any of them.

Actually, modern America was founded by a handful of atheists, unitarians & deists, not by "Christians". Possibly the most important person in forming what became America was Thomas Paine, an atheist.

Yes, Ohareland, named after Madelyn Murray Ohare. Except you have to be careful there, because if you aren't you wind up dead with your head and extremities and gold missing.
