So I work at a college and I am totally into this guy (who is a student). And we both have expressed "feelings" for each other but we know nothing can happen. He graduates in May but I like him a lot and he claims he likes me too. What do I do?

Nothing can happen because he's a student and I am staff and that's not allowed... he just turned 23 and I am 25

Why can nothing happen? How big is the gap in ages? When he graduates he is no longer a student. What is wrong with dating him when he graduates? If you both like each other, what's the harm in going out and seeing if you two have chemistry.

We all need to love and to be loved.

Most of our issues could be solved fairly easily, if we have our loved one supporting us.
If you are hurt by a former ex, well you just need to get yourself up and start searching for someone who deserves your love.
Don't ever be shy .. that won't ever help you .. and you'll have lots to lose. Do what your heart tells you it's right.
