Dress in a way, that shows off her best assets. But not like a whore would do.
It needs to be eyecatching and attractive, without being slutty.
The other things, have to be done in private.
I once had a girl, take my hand at dinner and lift it to her mouth and suck on my finger. Needless to say, I was a goner after that. I can't remember if I even ate the dinner. Lol.

Subtle things that anyone walking past wouldnt notice, but things that make him want to take you right then and there on the mall bench. When you are eating an icecream, go down on it. Moan with pleasure as you swallow the creamy chocolate

I don't think you can do any particular thing to make a man want you. Just make sure he notices you, but don't get too needy. That is a huge turn-off!
