CGunit no it is not you. For those who dont know who c.g. is they answered this very question, they have some dating for fun website which nobody is using so they thrash it on here so they can get enough hits to pay their crappy webmaster

We're all sick of it. Why aren't the Community Guidelines Gestapo dealing with this idiot? I'm not just annoyed because of how c_g wastes our time with those inane advertisements, but also because we DON'T all need to love and be loved!

I'm sorry, I don't know C.G. But what he/she says is true I believe, however, perhaps this person should, come up with a new saying, if this one is being overused to the point of annoyance.
