With my diploma, I need 3 language credits to graduate. Right now I'm a sophomore taking Spanish 2.I have the choice to take French 1 or German or go on to Spanish 3.If I go on to Spanish 3,then should I take 4 and AP? I'm so confused...

Spanish is Top language over all. So yes continue with Spanish and perhaps you can make a career of it.

Let´s put it this way :
Think of Real LIFe...Take the 2 most important languages out there: English and SPANISH.

As a Spanish teacher let me tell you...speaking Spanish as a Second Language pays off.

I think you need 12 credits worth of foreign language inorder to graduate. I imagine u took 101 and 102 in spanish. So, you need to continue to spanish 201 and 202. Or, you can get a transcript from another school saying you took atleast 4 years of lanuage class other than spanish. I did just that.

spanish 3 is the hardest of all the spanish years. but the hardwork will pay off because you'll be near-fluent after spanish 3. spanish is a growing language and it pays to know it

I'd keep taking Spanish. being bilingual helps, and Spanish is one of the most popular languages in America. Plus i feel that there's no point in taking half a language, and there's no plus of stopping.

Continue with the Spanish, you already have the foundation to keep advancing. With German you'll have to learn three genders instead of two.

With the rate of illegals pouring into America, we'll all be speaking Spanish in 5 years.

in my school the guidence counslers tell us to take at least up spansh three because then its possible to earn an advanced regents.

but its up to you.
do u like spanish? (i personally hate it)

but if i remember my guidence counsler correctly if switch to a different language you looses all thoughs credits :( .

continue with spanish. it will definatly be useful for you in future years to be able to speak it well
