any kind of heat is always going to be damaging to your hair- the less heat you subject your hair to, the better- I would wash it at night- use some kind of protecting conditioner (leave in or rinse) and then flat iron it in the morning after it has air dried naturally.

Heat is the most common cause of damaged hair(besides chemicals). If I were you I would shower at nite and use a leave -in conditioner and flat iron in the morning. Moisturizing is very important when you flat iron regularly. Get it trimmed regularly also if you do this often!!!

I always try to wash it the night before. It works better for me 'cause my hair is very thick, and giving it a little time to dry and let some of the natural oils work in it seems to have a better effect for me.

properly, I in simple terms graduated final 300 and sixty 5 days and each evening till now college i could wash my hair, blow dry it, then flat iron it the subsequent morning. yet the two way there remains going to be various warmth on your hair, which remains going to wreck it. fairly lots.. no remember once you flat iron your hair, there remains going to be warmth injury. you additionally can attempt putting flat ironing creams on your hair till now you blow dry it to ward off some injury.
