If you know the model number of the particular steamer that you have then you can go to http://www.sunbeam.com/manualsearch.aspx?PCId=27 and print off the owner's manual.

I picked up one on a lawn sale for real cheap but it had no instruction booklet. I went to sunbeam.com and went to small appliances and went to food steamers.It will ask the model number(which is on the back) and you can print out the whole instruction booklet. I did and was amazed at how much that thing really can do!!
