I have been trying desperately to lose weight and try to ride my exercise bike 15-25 miles a week and haven't been seeing any kind of progress. I don't know what else I can possibly do because I already eat a diet that is low cal and low fat. Does anyone have any advice for me? Has anyone lost weight on a bike?

Biking is great but you can speed things up and also look better by adding a resistance program to your routine. You don't want to bulk up so just do many reps with light weights.

You can never exercise too often. I used to ride my bike for only about 15 minutes a day and, although, I didn't check for weight loss, I did lose a couple of pant sizes. Hubby appreciates the new look!

you need to count your carbs. do not eat more carbs per meal than 60. you gonna have to find a carb counter to figure it out. it is very confusing at first but you can do it. also you need to do other things besides the bike. try walking a couple of miles a day at a brisk pace do not just stroll along. and no you can not use the bike too much so just try to wear it out in a week .
