I've done 4 days since Saturday.

Depends on what you want. 3x a week will keep you at the same fitness level. More than 3x will make you more in shape. Any exercise is good for your body. For weight loss, I would do aerobic activity for 5 days and then, for 2 days do exercise but, don't really worry if it is aerobic, or not. I do fitness daily, also but, I don't worry if it is aerobic, or not. Just trying to look healthier. I will probably lose either weight or inches but, it will take longer than it does you-depends on how I eat.

Thirty minutes, 5 days a week.
If you want to kick your weight loss into overdrive, add more time, another day, and or weight training.
