Girl, what are you eating?? Too many carbs, too much cheese. Increase your fiber and water intake. Take fiber supplements and drink at least 4 32oz bottles of water a day. You didn't give enough info, but if it hurts, and you have insurance, go to the doctor.
Do you exercise, that helps shift things down there.
Are you currently on birth control, those pills can have a funky effect on you system.
If you start throwing up cause it won't come out of the other end...go to the doctor, but DO NOT force it out.
Take care.

You aren't drinking enough water or fiber in your diet. The most helpful thing for an immediate cure would be suppositories. Read the directions but don't use this as a cure, you can become dependent on them. The best thing is get some barley green and use it every day unless you can change your diet and eat grains, bran, green veggies and lots and lots of water. Good luck.

take a TALL glass of pure prune juice.

if it hurts then it means you might have some abression down there or have hammeroids. get over the counter hammoriod cream for use later. right now if prune juice doesnt help then follow advice of everyone here and take a laxative.
eat a lot of whole grains and get rid of this problem otherwise it might turn into fischer or piles and beleive me you dont want that happening to you.

Just eat a few prunes and drink more water. A stool softener may help, but try to avoid laxatives, as you may ultimately start depending on them too much. I do hope every thing comes out alright for you. If not, you may have to resort to the "dreaded apparatus" or enema. However, if this persists for more than a few days, seek the advice of your internist of family physician.

I have had that happen to me alot.my doctor had me drink alot of fluids (NO CAFFEINE,MILK PRODUCTS) Warm fluids worked best for me HOT tea or just plain HOT water. Also a warm/Hot bath or a heating pad on warm.If none of this helps you could have a blockage.Try FLEET (Laxative).. When you go to the bathroom relax and take some deep breaths rub your lower stomach.DO NOT FORCE IT DO NOT PUSH MUCH IT COULD CAUSE PROBLEMS!! Take a walk.HOPE This HELPS

Use a laxative now! Make sure you get more fiber in your diet. A glycerin suppository will help with the pain. See your doctor.

Rub vaseline around your anus. Then wash your hands and take a laxative, drink LOTS of water and soak in a nice warm, not hot, tub.
