I may not be much help but 2 ways are
1.find a filipino in your country they will know plenty and best of all they tell you who are single .
2.rsvp.com.au..log on as a guest for free follow the promts and click on rest of the world it is very secure to become a member but its safe unlike yahoo at the moment .
