I have my first date coming up and I'm really nervous. I like the guy a lot but when we go on the date I don't want to seen too eager. How can I let him know that I like him without making it seen too obvious?

First thing you need to do, is just relax. This is just a date, nothing more. It's only a way to get to know each other better,and hopefully to have fun.
So the main thing is, just be yourself, friendly and interested in him. Listen more than talking, works well, that way, let him do the most talking, and listen to what he is saying to you.
Besides making you a good listener, which people really like, you will learn a lot about his likes and dislikes. His hobbies, his work, school etc.
So take it easy, if you are going out on a date, he must already like you.

How many times have you heard the old cliche' "be yourself"??? That's all you gotta do! If you are going out on a date with him, you've already gotten past the "does he/she like me" stage. The first date is where you two get to see just HOW MUCH you like each other which BTW, does NOT have to include physical contact. Just have fun!

He can already assume you kinda like him since you are going out. During the date, if you are having a good time, act like you are. After the date, if you had a good time, tell him so. Maybe a small kiss on the cheek is ok.

Just give him a big smile and be nice! If you enjoy the date you can tell him so when he takes you to your door!
