ok so i need to start getting in shape for poms and volley ball thats gonna start soon and every afternoon im going to excersise. so does anyone want to make an excersise routine for me? best one gets 5 stars and 10 points!

Poms and Volley ball, huh?
ok, here it goes...

5 min warm up fast walk
stretch.

Mon, Wed, Fri
(circuit)
Jumping Squats 4x15
Push Presses 4x15
lateral dumbell raises 4x15
Dumbell Bench Press 4x15

Line Sprints (10yds, 20, 30) 5 times. 60-120 seconds in between
Stretch

Tues, Thurs, Sat
Power Cleans 4x8
dumbell Shrugs 4x8
Pull Downs 4x15
VolleyBall Spikes (many as you can in 60 seconds)
Wall Ball Sets (3x100)
30 minutes cardio
stretch

okay i will try. wake up in the mornin before you start your day eat an apple orange juice something light.then go run a good mile or mile in a half. make sure you stretch/cooldown before and after. then go on with your normal day try to stay on the healthy side...baked lays, juices, fruits, sandwiches, you know? and then after your day is done run some more.dont eat past 7(not good).
and you can add pushups and situps in after your running.and after a few times try to push yourself longer eachtime. its not really a plan its like a commitment.as long as you do it(doesnt have to have a specific time.

i know that when your playing volleyball, you need a lot of strength in ur arms.
do push ups, weights, etc.
