What does swamp @$$ mean, and if somebody says you have it how do you stop it?

Your farts command attention! That's swamp-@ss!
It can only be stopped with a cork....or clothes-pins for your friends noses.Or maybe change your diet.
Or find new friends.

@ is being used for the lower case letter "a"

$ is being used for the lower case letter "s"

And I am unfamiliar with that insulting term.
