OK, lissen up. Latin men have a way of making a woman feel every inch a woman. I'd tell you how except I don't really know how they manage it. There's a LOT of eye contact. It's not sleazy...you're not undressing her with your eyes...it's more like you're telegraphing a message that she is the most desirable woman on the planet. Anyway, short of perfecting that je ne sais quois...give her your full attention. Exclude all other stimuli. Make her feel that the two of you are alone on the planet. We all want attention, and she will definitely be attracted to you if you give her all of yours!

Get her to act comfortable around you, make sure you're calm, and talk to her with a normal conversation before you just shoot off into your flirting mode. Ex: Talk normal, throw flirtatious things into the mix and keep advancing.
