Tell her you are concerned about her physical health. Dont' even mention that you aren't finding her as attractive, just tell her how worried you are about her weight gain. Ask if everything is alright and if there is any way you can help.

I can understand the frustration. What I would say, because my main concern is health, is to say that I am worried about the effects that all that junk food is having on her. Have her watch (if she hasn't already) "Super Size Me" and/or read the book, "Don't Eat It If It's Not Food". Get her hyped about healthy living because as a result she'll have more energy.
I'm sure you are like me in that lean means healthy and anything else sets off an alarm that says there's something's going wrong with the person I love.

Wow that sucks.. well what i would do since it is a very sensitive subject.. go join a gym together or make dates where u go hiking and running and stuff or u can just really sit her down and let her know that she really needs to loose some weight and lay off the junk food sometimes u just have to say it.. yea it may hurt her feelings but I'm sure if u say it in a nice way she will understand. good luck!

skin and bone is not always attractive if she is 120 or less she's fine don't push her cuz that means u got a problem. ok but if she is twenty pounds more maybe she gotta loose a couple. just tell her u concerned bout her health and her weight gainin. help her eat healthy don't make it an issue though do it nicely. do a lot of activity with her that involves movin. hint: try goin joging with her in the mornin. all u got to do is give her a lil encourament to loose weight and help her loose it.

Tell her that she shouldn't eat that stuff because it's bad for her. She may be a compulsive eater, so don't insult her...that would only make things worse for both of you. Exercise might help...start going on long walks with her or start running with her. It would be good for both of you, and if you're both out of shape, running with someone can be great moral support.

If she has the same personality you fell in love with, you haven't got much to complain about. If she becomes sick, you could give her something very healthy to eat or drink.

she might have a problem deeper than her weight. be sensitive and try finding out what it could be,and take it from there. there is nothing wrong with being big and beautiful.she has a beautiful heart and soul. help her instead of criticising her.

There is no easy way to tell your girlfriend to lose weight...my advice to you is don't even do it. That is a bad subject that will probably get you dumped on the spot.
