my bottom lip is fine but my top life curves in, so it looks like i have no lip. so its like, nice round bottom lip, almost no top lip. what cani do??? are there like lip lifts you can do at home?

You can try lip plumping products. there are plenty out there. Don't go for the cheaper ones (Maybelline, Revlon, CoverGirl, etc, etc. those don't work.)
Lip Venom seems to work really well. I haven't tried it yet, but I've seen it do awesome things for some people.
DO NOT get LipXplosion, though. I paid $30 for two tubes at Costco and it only worked the first time I used it. After that, it was like my body had built a tolerance for it. Total rip off.

Can't you line your lip in a way that make s it look bigger.I think people do that all the time,to give the illusion of fuller lips,they use lip liner.I'm not exactally sure how but i know i've seen it on makeover shows.Maybe u can look up makeup tricks online and see what u find.

Take your finger and rub it up and down on your lips real fast and make a humming noise while you're doing it. Enough of that and one or both of your lips should puff up a little.

There's a lot of lip plumping products on the market now...maybe one will work for you.

You don't have to do anything extreme like surgery, just buy lip plumper at Victoria Secret or CVS.
