Depends on the area that you live in and whether you opt for the newer laser surgery, I was just at my vet today and got a quote on front paws laser declawing and a spay $215. The spay alone is $110. I highly doubt the vet will want to declaw the back paws, cats really do need these just in case they were to get out, they do need some form of defense. Cats rarely claw with their back claws anyways.

At the vet clinic where I work, it costs $50 to declaw a cat. We don't perform the back declaw unless its an emergancy situation.
If you want to put protection on the back claws to prevent scratching, you can try the "softpaws". You can buy them at some vet offices, pet store, internet, or pet catalog. You could also try them on the front claws if you decide not to declaw.

It's cheaper if you get them fixed and declawed at the same time, that is what we had done to our cat. I think that it was around $130 for our local vet.

I have found that if you go to a country vet they charge less than a in city vet it may take some extra gas to get there but the animals get good care and I have always been happy with the prices.

Declawing your cat will change it. I had a cat declawed once and he became depressed and ran away. It is very painful and their claws/nails are part of their identity. The declawing process removes their first full knuckle not only the nail. Some vets won't even perform the surgery anymore because of the effect it has on cats.
There are alternatives to declawing as people have suggested the softclaws. They're little plastic cover you put over the cat's nails so that they won't scratch up furniture or hurt people if they scratch. You can usually find them at any pet store.
Please re-think the declawing before you change your cat's personality and well-being.

Dont declaw for cats sake! its Mutilation! declawing a cat is the equivalent of cutting each of your fingers off at the Knuckle. it takes years to heal you may not realize it because the cat will not let you know it is in pain. I strongly recommend you read more into this.
