Go see a Doctor, I'd suggest first...
It could be how you're breathing... are you breathing deep, from your diaphragm... when you breathe in "Deep" your stomach swells. Taking shallow breaths, from your chest, when your shoulders go up, doesn't allow your lunge enough oxygen.
All the best

Go see a doctor, just to double check that you don't have anemia, or some other issue that affects how your body gets oxygen. But aside from that, here are some other ideas.
Morning practice? You need to have a full breakfast. You are still growing, so a banana and a Diet Coke isn't enough. You can't expect to ride a car that has no gas! If you are on a diet, stop! Eat a solid breakfast, with some protein and fats, not just a little fruit or something similar. Watch your dinner, not your breakfast.
Afternoon practice? Water, water, water. You may be dehydrated. Use the drinking fountain. Use it again. If your pee is even a little bit yellow, you're not getting enough water. Did you eat lunch? See a solid breakfast above.
Anytime! Make sure you breathe. To breathe deeply, you need to fill your belly with air - push against the waistline of your pants. Don't wear tight jeans, you are eliminating your ability to breathe.
How much in shape are you? Ask a PE teacher for a couple of ways to evaluate your endurance. If you are very underweight or overweight, you might simply be in need of some more exercise.
You know not to lock your knees, but be aware of breathing while playing, too. Sometimes you can hyperventilate when breathing again and again. If it's happening while you are playing (or right after a song ends) then you may be breathing too much. When you begin to feel a little weird, stop playing for a bit. Breathe slowly a few times.
Assuming that you don't have a medical issue (and you might want to see a doctor about this one!) then you need to learn a little more about your body, and how to prevent this.

There are probably a couple factors that are allowing this to happen, one you are standing on your feet for long periods of time, and most likely you are in hot uniforms and in possibly hot weather as well. Combining heat with standing up for long periods of time is never good to people who are sensitive like you. (I am as well). Then to top it off you are controlling your breathing as you play this instrument by blowing all your air out into it and probably aren't getting sufficient air intake. You need to breathe alot more when playing, and you don't have to play so loud or put so much air into it.
you may still want to go to the doctor you may have sensitive blood pressure and it may cause you to pass out at other times

You should go to a doctor, because you never know what the problem could be.
When I was in high school, our drum major kept passing out in practice. No one knew why, until she visited a chiropractor, who said her neck was out of alignment, which put pressure on a nerve, causing her to faint. When he realigned her neck, she stopped fainting.
I never would have thought of going to a chiropractor, but this one solved her problem.

Ah dont worry, that used to happen to me too. Its not a big deal, some people just get faint easily from something that their body just doesnt sit well with. If anything, just go to the doctor and see what they have to say about it.

Your parents need to take you to your family doctor for a physical in regards to this matter. I your diet is sufficient and you are hydrating well, your fainting could be caused by other factors. If this is a reocurring problem, I suggest you see your doctor asap.
