Tell him that you don't want to be boyfriend and girlfriend anymore. It's really that simple. Do it privately and be nice, but don't let him talk you out of the break up.

Tell him that you don't like him anymore. Be nice about telling him though. Don't be rude about it. If you can, tell him why you don't like him anymore. lol, and try to give GOOD reasons. Maybe after wards, you two could be friends.
