I am pretty sure they might have gotten the term "chopped" from the phrase "chopped meat". Like being treated like chopped liver (meat)? I am not for sure since kids these days are constently coming up with their own slang and depedning upon what nationality they are it could mean something different, but it sounds like this is what they meant. The boy got chopped. Got treated like chopped meat-meaning didn't even get a chance to be heard before she cut him down.

"Chop chop" is a phrase rooted in Cantonese. It spread through Chinese workers at sea. It was adopted by English seamen.[1] "Chop chop" refers to "hurry, hurry" and means something should be done now, advance and without any delay. The word "chopsticks" likely originates from this root.[2] This term may have its origins in the South China Sea, as a Pidgin English version of the Chinese term k'wâi-k'wâi (Chinese: 快快; pinyin: kuài kuài).[1] Or it may come from Malay. It's just like "salted!" or "burned!" or "dissed!"
