Guys, Do you really like fake boobs? Do you honestly find something not real attractive? Girls, what do you think of girls with implants?

As a guy I dont seet he point of fake boobs. If a womans isn't happy with herself then new boobs wont help. Besides how would she ever know if the guy relally liked her, or if it was the boobs. They're expensicve, they're a nuisance, and they taste funny...
I even dated a woman that had had one breat removed due to cancer and I never once though that she needed to have it reconstructed, in fact the whole time we were together she never mentioned it. Course, the next person she was involved with convinced het to not only have it redone, but to have enlargenments as well, then left her for somene with what he called "more natural looking knockers." Trust me, they just aren't workth the time, effort and expense. any guy that is shallow enough to need that from a woman, isn't worth having.

It doesn't bother me at all if a person has implants. To each his own. If it makes a person feel better,go for it. A friend of mine got them done because she was bigger boned but flat chested. The implants gave her a girlish figure that she never had and improved her self esteem.

Implants are not attractive. Every man and every woman I have ever known agrees. Small natural breasts are more attractive than large fake ones.

I don't really care whether or not a female gets implants. If that's what makes her feel good then who cares, its her business. I personally don't think I'd get implants - I'm happy with my breast size!

i have small boobs and i don't plan on getting implants. i might get a lift like 20 yrs down the road but right now i'm happy with how i look.

i dont get why the heck people would want to get breast implants.
1. having big breast doesnt mean u look "hot"
2. ur back will hurt when u have huge breasts
3. ur rate of getting breast cancer will go up by alot.

I like natural beauty. I dont know one day if get older things might be changed. But for now I like just the way I am and most of the guy like natural beauty but you knoe guy they like big boobs.

Don't go over board and get them to big. They can look great but you can feel the difference most of the time. Remember you get what you pay for, so don't get it done unless your willing to pay good money for them.

I think their okay, and i'm a girl. I mean if it makes someone's self-esteem better, go for it!! But if it's for attention, like pamela anderson, I think it's over done.
