Be honest, but think about how you would feel if someone said the things that you are going to say to her to you. Tell her that you are not ready to be in a relationship with someone like her. Be firm and tell her that you are not right for each other and you do not want to see her anymore.

Let her down gentle. Don't be a jerk and use a bunch of cliche's. Just tell her you do not feel the same way and to please stop pushing the matter. If she won't leave you alone tell her a little more firmly. But don't break her heart, that might only intice her.

If you can't figure this one out for yourself, that's kind of sad.
You should tell her that you need some space, or at least let her know that you don't appreciate her being around you all the time. If you can help it, don't be harsh; chances are she just likes you and doesn't know how to express it.

If this girl is really bugging you just say that u dont like her that way and if she stops bugging you then u can say that u just want to be friends as long as she just thinks of u as a friend and nothing more.....and maybe u'll grow to like her

just be honest with her... like me, whenever someone is getting on my nerves, I say I really need to be alone becuase I'm going through a lot, then I call my cool friends and go out to actually have a good time
