What is the lowest score of where you will eat?

I mean like the Grade the place receives.
I don't go anywhere that has below 96. Today I went to a Mcdonalds just to pick up some nuggets for the kids. I ordered than pulled up and saw a 93 !!! When I got to the window, I asked them to delete my order and she asked why and I politely said I donot eat at places that are below 96.
I used to work in the industry and I know they can have bad days when the inspector comes but I also know what kind of employees work their FOR THE MOST PART( not all but most )

so what is the grade where you have to say gross and not eat there ?

I used to be in restaurant management and I think that it all depends on the standards for that state, region, or county. I have eaten at places that scored an 83 but that was because the standards are so high for that county. That same restaurant in a different location would have scored a 96 or higher, so it all depends. It also works the other way though, so that 97 restaurant that you eat at on one side of town may be a 75 on the other side of town.

So that is some food for thought.

92 and then I look at the posting and find out why. Some times they will take off points for things that are not considered "critical" violations. Maybe it was a cut in the cutting board. That's no big deal as long as they are properly cared for & cleaned & sanitized.

there was a fast food place in San Diego called Albertos and it was so gross I would shut it down if I had the power. Yech

I've never heard of this rating system.. but I don't touch McDonalds food..

it depends on what type of food....a sushi bar needs to be no lower than 98 but mexican is best the lower the score....
