My youngest brother needs a kidney and hes a waiting list, i think i could be a match but he wont let me give him a kidney. My oldest brother has been trying to have children but he cant for some medical reasons she cant hold the baby, My thoughts were to help them and carry the child for them, but is a big decision, what should i do with both of them, i love them soooo much i hate to see them suffer.

There is not much you can do for them unless they want your help. If things get bad enough and there is no other way the fact that you have told them you are willing to do that for them is comforting to them and they may ask you later. It is really their decision.
Make sure you have talked to a councilor about doing either so you can be prepared for all emotional feelings you might have after doing that for them and what kind of physical pain you may have by doing so.

I don't know if you believe in God but sometimes when I have problems I confide in him for answers . All you have to do is ask him about your Brothers and he will answer you . Remember Faith can move mountains

Look if it was me i would do what i feel i should do and help my family out.Because i'm always being helpful and doing whatever i could do to help my family. And if i was in your shoes i would help them. But follow your heart. And think about what you wanna do. And think about how these desicions are going to affect u.
