Ok just a random wondering:

Say you were 18 years old, and you lose 20 pounds.

Would that result in saggy skin?

No. In general, you need to lose a lot more weight than just 20 pounds, in order for anyone to notice that you have extra skin.

This usually happens with people who lose like 100 pounds or more.

No. You still have good strong bounce-back skin, however, the older you get, don't count on it. When older, best to exercise daily to cut down on the saggy skin while losing large amounts of weight. I know, I lost 112 pounds and exercised 6 days a week to make sure that I had no problem with saggy skin.

I know people that also lost the same amount of weight or less but did not exercise, they are sorry for it..............EXERCISE !

Extreme weight loss would result in saggy skin but 20lbs for an 18 year old is no big thang.

Depending on your skin type maybe you would have saggy skin temporarily but time and exercise would tighten it up. It's when you get old that things get really saggy and stay that way.

Unlikely, very unlikely.

The only case I can imagine that happening is losing massive amounts of weight (something like 60+), or if your skin was (God forbid) torn up in an accident or something.

Don't worry. Your skin will be more than fine.

Most likely not. You have to stretch you skin to the point of having tears & stretch marks in order to have saggy skin.

If you lose too much weight on just dieting and no exercise, then yes, it can lead to excess skin.
