The yellow liquid he vomits is bile. It means his tummy is empty. If he eats well and is not losing weight, he is most likely fine. As far as the vet retiring, you should be searching for a new vet. You never know when you might need one in a hurry and then it is no time to be looking for a new one.

Does he want to eat a lot of grass when outside as well? If so, add some plain yogurt to every meal he eats. Use low-fat yogurt, preferably organic, like the Stoneyfield brand or Trader Joe's brand. For a Silky Terrier I would add a heaping tablespoon. Even if he doesn't eat the grass, the yogurt will help him digest his food better because it contains necessary digestive enzymes. My dogs love it and it has helped them greatly.
If his problem does not clear up within two to three days after adding the yogurt, you really need to find a veterinarian.

If your dog is eating and drinking water he is probably fine. my dogs will eat grass and sometimes throw up now the way it was explained to me was that the grass triggers a gag reflex much like a person sticking their finger down their throat. If your dog is not eating and drinking find a vet. In my area there are a few emergency vets that are open all night and holidays and weekends. Good luck

Friendly Hello, I really think you should take your pet to a new vet. Continious vomiting will soon lead to your dog becoming more sick from dehydration. Especially a little dog. Blessings, Kelly

Sounds like bile, which is stomach acid. there are some dogs that have to have pepcid ac twice a day or before they eat.. you could even try it once a day at first to see if it helps. I would say 1/2 a tablet once a day before eating to see if it helps. I have to do that with my cat every other day or so also.

This time of 365 days cats tend to groom alot. for this reason hairballs are nasty or could nicely be. you are able to help your cat via beginning up lots of unpolluted water, combing your cat and offering them with hairball treatment it incredibly is bought at maximum puppy shops. could sparkling the priority up, if no longer see the vet. you additionally can purchase cat grass on the puppy food keep that still helps. My cats flow loopy over it. solid success
