No. But if my water heater breaks down then they might get a cold shower. But as a form of punishment no.

No and I never would. One time the power went out for 3 days due to a snow storm. I had no choice but to take cold showers and it was terrible. Felt like ice water and gave me a headache.

well for one how would you like someone doing that to you that is called child abuse and it is wrong i would never do my kids that way no matter what they did . just think how you would feel you would'nt like it one dam bit so why would you do that to your kid i dont even want to know how old this kid is . very mean . there are other ways to punish your child without doing dumb **** like that

no and if you do that, its abuse... not only that but you can shock your child and he/she can actually get a heart attack from the shock... think about what u do.... sicko!
