Of,course,but what are you really trying to ask? Methods?Techniques?Are you trying to open the door to reveal your own experiences?Many people have experiences where they seem to go beyond themselves,some farther than others depending on your development and training.Such experiences are difficult to put into words and it may take time to assimilate them.I've seen people end up in the hospital because their current belief system did not allow for this type of experience.Others tried to short cut the process with drugs such as LSD.The most safest technique I can recommend,is fully grasping the knowledge that you exist in matter and at the same time exist independently of matter.Keep in touch.
