ok, 12 hour blitz, good for 1/2 an inch or so.

Every hour on the hour...
3x8 bar curl
3x8 Dumbell Curls

Every half hour mark (8:30, 9:30, etc.)
4x8 concentration curls
stretch your biceps for 45 seconds each.

You should eat 4-5 small meals (1 every 2.5-3 hours or so) that are quick sources of protien and simple carbs (like yogurt, can of tuna and a banana, or a protien shake).

DON"T do this too often!! It will work, but it's a long day.

I workout 3 to 4 days a week...and have on and off for several years...lol my arms get bigger but the biceps do not take on that really muscular look...alot has to do with genetics...and your routine...to answer in more detail...what type of workout do you do for biceps ? how often ? repititions ?

how long have you been working those biceps???

takes time to build muscle and see differences

Change your weight training routine. Higher weights,lower reps or lower weights,higher reps. You have to keep challenging your muscles for them to change and grow.

You probably arent doing the correct exercises, or not using enough resistance or not taking in enough protein.
