Your question is "should you let your 11 year old daughter have sex?" No she is way too young and can not make responsible decisions. At 11 years old dating a boy they will "play" around. Think about this.

If he's just a 'friend' that's one thing, but at 11, they shouldn't be thinking of other 'sexual' activities...it's way too young! I can't imagine my 11 yr old girl wanting anything more than friendship (and she does have boys who are friends, nothing more) They are supervised of course and never allowed to go off on their own (though they don't even think that way anyway) If you know his family and he is a decent boy, you shouldn't worry. Also make sure if they do want to go to the mall or movies together, that they go in a group or with someone else as chaperone. Kids shouldn't try to grow up too fast, it only leads to heartache in the end. Good luck with this!

The best way to solve this is let your 11 year old daughter have a boyfriend when she gets to be 18. This will give you both some time to think about getting him a present-and what to give him!

I dont think you should call them boyfriend and girlfriend. Just friends for 11 year olds. That is really a young age. But if they really do like eachother, they can wait till they are old enough. Like maybe 15. I think young relationships could turn out bad, and cause both kids pain later. SHe could definitely give him a gift. Maybe if he's into sports, a football, basketball. Moneys always good too, for anyone. Hope this helps!

I think 11 is too young for a boyfriend. However, since you don't seem to mind, how about driving them to the movies, miniture golf, bowling, library, McDonalds, etc. and picking them up. As for gifts, keep it simple Majic Cards, a DVD movie, a CD.

Seriously, she's not old enough to have a bf. You're on the verge of being on Maury Polvich with your pregnant teen. You need to put her in extracurricular activities to keep her mind off that stuff. Tell her to only have friends right now and save the bf stuff until she's 16.

sure, but only allow them together at supervised events or under your eye. You do the driving. Even at 11 stuff can happen that can have long term consequences. Many a parent takes care of a grandkid born while their daugther was too young to be a mother.

I think 11 yrs old girl needs to be playing with other little girls, She should't be worring about boys. Remember she will have plenty of time for that. Kids these days don't need added presure or stress. so please find a way to keep her busy take her on mother daughter thats what my wife those with are daughter

at 11 they are still babies, my daughters never started dating until they were16. at 11 they should be having sleepovers, and thinking of school and playing with dolls. 11 is way to young to have a boyfriend.

I would disagree on letting her have one. Bf/gf, datin all that stuff is the basis of marriage. When you get with someone of the other sex and you start datin. You in a way start becomin one. If there is a break up you are wounded forever.
