What makes you think a blind, deaf or other handicapped gal wouls give you the time of day, far less than accept your lameass marriage proposal for a stinking green card.
I am deaf (which is a handicap) and I have a great american husband who has his own business and we own a lovely home.
Find yourself some self respect and stop picking on the blind, deaf and crippled, we can do better than you!

You do not get marriage with some one.
First you meet someone.
Then you fall in love.
Then you ask them to marry you, and if they say yes, you have a wedding.
You don't try to meet someone to marry, it just turns into that after a few years.
