The normal fat burning foods are many... Let's have a look...

Citrus fruits contain Vitamin C which has a fat burning quality.

Apples contain a chemical call pectin which limits the amount of
fat your cells can absorb.

Soybeans contain lecithin, break down fatty deposits and prevents
fat from forming on your cells.

Some fats: (e.g, Corn Oil, Peanut Oil, Safflower oil, Sunflower Seed
Oil, Olive oil) release phospholipids or polyunsaturated fatty acids
which can help remove the stored fats from your system. You can find
these unsaturated fatty acids in fish as well.

Hope at least that part helps!!!!

There are no recipes that burn calories...there are foods that act as diruetics. the questions you need to ask & answer for yourself are: 1. are you eating a clean diet? 2. what is the frequency & intensity of your cardio sessions(provided you are doing cardio and you should be) 3. are you weight training? building a bit of lean muscle tissue will help you burn calories.

in essence, cardio helps you burn fat, weight training helps you burn calories and if you're eating clean...you have the perfect formula.

all of the 3 work together, leave one out and you will not optimum results.

eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day will keep your metabolism stoked. drink 1 gallon of h20. do your cardio in the am. vary your training workouts.

as for how long it takes to go from 131 to 115? every body is different....too many variables.

my answer to that question is: it takes as long as it takes.

best of luck.

There is no food that "burns calories". You use more calories than you consume when eating some fruits and vegetables (raw, not cooked in oils, mind you), and milk and calcium has been proven to help in the battle.

But the only proven, healthy way to lose weight without losing money from your wallet (like people buying those magical diets will) is changing you lifestyle. Better diet, more routine exercise.

It's also unhealthy to lose a ton of weight in anywhere from a couple of days to a month, because it's more than likely you'll binge and gain all of the weight back PLUS MORE. Take your time - and remember that muscle has more mass than fat and burns more calories, so even if the scale says you're gaining weight, measure yourself with a measuring tape - more than likely you'll measure a difference.
