How long have you lived in the home?
Have you tried to sell your home in the last 3 yrs?
Do you have an assigned parking space?
Is your parking space covered?
and please don't tell me to go to a translating website cuz I already tried and it doesn't tell me the right way how to say these things.

If to simply an individual, modify the above as follows:

Ha hecho algunas mejoras a su casa? ( in Spanish is more common to say casa house than home hogar )

Tiene asignado estacionamiento? ( when you say estacionamiento it is implied that it is a space )
Su estacionamiento esta techado? ( it is more common to say techado from the word techo ( roof ) than cubierto

go to google and type in spanish translation and click the one that say free spanish translation! which should be the 1st or the 2nd from the top. thats wat i do when i need it.
