And take him out of School for it? My 14 yr. old nephew has become quite analytical for his age and I'm concerned the people he is around are indoctrinating him. He'a always challenging me now about my political beliefs. Should i be concerned? Ignore it?

Yes, but go with him. Its great that he has such interest, but he is too young to be hanging out with adults without supervision. After all, some fraction of adults cannot be trusted with young people or kids. Look at Foley, or some Catholic priests in the news.

As for skipping school for some political event, maybe the president is speaking and he would meet him face to face, otherwise no.

A lot of it has to do with the age. Kids around that age need to be passionate about something. Usually it's religion, but it could be politics too. I think it's healthy and normal. It's a "stage" if you will. As for taking him out of school to go to a political rally, it might be a good experience as long as he won't miss much school and if there's no chance it will get out of hand.

There is nothing to be concerned about. I would definately let him go to the Rally. I think more people need to be involved in politics and what goes on in the world around them.

I would consider what the beliefs are. Are they beliefs that concern you? Also what group is it? Is it a political group that also supports things like legalizing drugs?

Its understandable for a boy that age to want to change the world. Give him lots of newspapers, he will soon find something else to obsess about
