I guess your inquiry concerns material build up on the hot surfaces? (and your feed is water with 145mg/l of chlorides)
I am not familiar with autoclaves, however, 145mg/l of chlorides is very low. The material deposites on hot surfaces are Ca and Mg. Chlorides are totally disolved in the liquid and would probably be Ca and Mg. which are approximately half of the ions.
Therefore the TDS would be around 70, which is quite low.
However, if you are asking whether corrosion would be a problem I would say No.
