Depends if you had been drinking from it already. So if you drank some yesterday and it's been sitting, then no way. The warm conditions plus any germs from backwash or around the glass rim or bottle top have been doing who knows what. There was an article about kids reusing water bottles without washing them. It can make you sick.

even though water is treated heavly with chlorine and other chemicals it still has traces of microbacterial matter that "fermantates" the water creating a dirt like taste and may cause many stomach illnesses.

It not a good idea for you to drink it.It might be stale water.Nothing bad will happened to you thought.
