I think it is more of a symptom due to lack of vitamins and minerals. We are what we eat. Maybe your not getting enough vitamins and minerals in your body. I personally drink a liquid vitamin that has worked wonders for my fatigue. I have tried VIBE and it has worked wonders for me. You can purchase VIBE through the internet at http://www.enivamembers.com/188138

It comes in two flavors: Berry Vibe or Apple Vibe

All you have to do is take one ounce mixed in any type of juice in the morning with breakfast. After a couple of weeks you can increase your dose to two ounces daily, one in the morning, one at lunch. I assure you it will help you with any fatigue you may be feeling and is completely natural, no artificial colors or preservatives.

Hope you get well.

Yes. I had this and my Dr did lots of blood tests and the finally one that tests the cellular DNA and it came back positive for a cellular infection by a micro organism which uses the energy that the cells produce to replicate itself. This is a constant energy drain that creates what they call Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
I was only a complex program of various anti biotics for nearly a year. It worked . I am now physically fit and have normal energy levels .

It is a disease, very difficult to cure. Somewhat like mononucleosis. Take alot of time, find some friends or a therapy group to work the issues.

It's a 21st century buzzword for "not enough leisure time".
People today are not accustomed to working as hard as our predecessors.

Not really, in my opinion. I believe that it's a name used by doctors for something they don't know a whole lot about, so that their image of self-importance isn't tarnished by what they don't know.
