I say ignore him to the point of insanity, whenever he talks, either just keep doin what your doin or say something like "theres a really annoying ringing in my ears and it wont seem to go away", stuff like that

Oh, that's a tough question. I guess it depends on how strict your parents are. I would do something harmless like hiding his shoes, but don't hide them in a place where he won't be able to find them because he'll know you did it and then you'll get blamed.

(if thats in your religion).
Stare at him/stare him down. Tell him to behave like you would a dog.
(makes you look good to your parent, taking on responsibilities!)

sing something that will really annoy him and if he tells on you say to your parents that I'm not allowed to sing? or you can put alarm clocks in his room and hide them in your brothers room really good and set the alarm clock really early that will probably annoy him!

Just do little stuff that you know he doesnt like, like if theres a girl at school who you know there name, then just always tell him that he likes her, little stuff like that should get to him

My brother is allways anoying me to but just anoy your brother when your parents aren't home or when they aren't looking. My brother anoys me but he's still my brother.
